Partners are responsible for their independent privacy practices.
If you no longer wish to receive communications directly from a Partner, you should use the unsubscribe or preference mechanism provided by that Partner or contact the Partner directly.
Where applicable law requires PLJ to honor a privacy choice that affects information previously disclosed to a Partner, PLJ and the Partner will take the actions required by applicable law.

10.ADVERTISING AND CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
PLJ may use advertising, analytics, or marketing technologies that involve disclosure of identifiers, device information, internet activity, or similar information to advertising or analytics providers.
Certain disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law or targeted advertising under other state privacy laws, depending on the technologies PLJ actually uses and the applicable legal definitions.
If PLJ engages in activity that gives you a legal right to opt out, PLJ will provide an appropriate method to exercise that right, including through a “Your Privacy Choices” or comparable mechanism where required.

12.3Partner Marketing
Marketing communications sent independently by a Partner are controlled by that Partner.
You should use the Partner’s unsubscribe or preference mechanism to stop communications sent by the Partner.
13.DATA RETENTION
